Place is really well located with close proximity to the tram stop and a short walk to the main street of Braddon and Civic. Very new, modern and squeaky clean place with all of the facilities that you need. Small - however the place is advertised as so. Very good, consistent communication from the hosts. Would recommend!

The keyless entry system was super easy.
Loved the unique design and decor.
Great location, easy parking, easy walk to Lonsdale St and light rail station. It took a while to locate the tissue box, and I could’ve used a shower cap! Little issues…no big deal

It has everything that i needed for a week’s stay. The access to streaming on Netflix and Stan was a bonus! There is a local small shop nearby for any groceries and liquor and a chicken shop next door. I will be returning again in the future! All was great. Sometimes i would argue with the outside keypad to gain access but i found that going slower while entering the pin often helped! It’s a bit temperamental! Inside door is easy in comparison.

Everything was incredible. So much attention to details in everything. From the guide to the welcome chocolates toblerone through all the products. We were very impressed. Not so common in Australia

Absolutely amazing place! So clean and cozy and right in the middle of the city! Just across the road from the nearest grocery store and is only a 5 minute walk from a bunch of restaurants! Very much worth the money 👍

Such a great stay! The apartment is very well kept with everything needed for a week stay. A lovely 15 minute walk to restaurants and cafes and I also got some great food recommendations!

We stayed in this apartment in Canberra for two nights over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. The space had everything we needed. The kitchen was beautifully laid out with high-quality equipment, and the bathroom felt genuinely luxurious. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and very self-contained. A handwritten note and box of chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch and made us feel instantly welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable, with blackout blinds that made sleep easy and restful. Communication from the host was excellent, with clear instructions and seamless access to the property. The location was quiet, easy to get around, and parking was readily available even over a public holiday, with no parking fees. Although the space is compact, the layout makes it feel spacious and elegant. The décor is refined, and having a sofa, TV, and an accessible washer-dryer was a real bonus. Perfect for couples wanting a relaxed, self-contained stay. Exceptional value for New Year’s Eve.

Jacqui and Tommy were oustanding host's. I had a very pleasant stay and I was assisted with luggage upon check-in and departure. I look forward to staying on the ground floor on the next occassion I visit Canberra.

The accommodation was lovely, clean and had many utilities which made our stay amazing. It was also very close to a variety of restaurants and attractions in Canberra. Jacqui was also very responsive and made it very easy to find the location!
