Jac’s place was the perfect abode for a stay in Canberra - exceeded expectations. The apartment is clean, comfy and is fitted with STUNNING decor! Hosts went above and beyond, and it is close to everything. Would recommend to anyone

Jacqui’s apartment was perfect for our recent weekend stay in Canberra.
It’s in a great location with easy parking, it’s beautifully designed and it has everything you could need (& more) for a short stay.
Also Jacqui’s communication is brilliant, she goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay, offering help for anything you could need.
We’d highly recommend anyone to stay here and when we’re next In Canberra, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great value for a private stay in the heart of Canberra's CBD. The loft is warm and cosy, very stylish and super comfortable. The host description is accurate and we were prepared for the stairs. Cute place and much more inviting than a Canberra hotel room!

Really well thought out apartment with high end appliances, everything you could possibly need for a city stay. The washer/dryer was super helpful travelling with an infant and active toddler. Jacqui and her partner were great on the comms and made us feel very welcome.

The micro apartment was gorgeous. We were so impressed with how much you could fit into a one cosy space. It had everything we wanted and more. What I really wanted to highlight though was the care Jac and Tommy showed. They were in constant communication, made everything easy and had the apartment nice and warm for us when we arrived. It was all great!

Stylish, clean and comfortable. This is the second time I have enjoyed staying at the green rooms, and once again I leave feeling relaxed and ready for real life to resume.
The interior design is contemporary but tasteful. The furnishings and facilities are comfortable and functional. The space is small but feels light and airy, as well as cosy.
The space is clean and well thought out. Always a pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend the green rooms to anyone looking for something a bit special. Having to check out and go back to real life

This was the perfect stay and quite possibly my most favourite stay yet. Great location, yet very private. Incredibly well set up, Jac has thought of everything and generous with provisions. Fabulously comfortable, Jac has amazing attention to detail and very thoughtful. Jac herself is delightful and very responsive. She was very flexible allowing early checkin and late checkout - the latter was most appreciated when my flight home was delayed. Honestly cannot speak highly enough. Hope to stay here again- and maybe try out the restored Kombi van !

From the moment we booked until our final message to Jacqui we felt welcomed, respected and at home. The whole process was seamless, the instructions were incredible and the sweet touches like a box of chocolates were just icing on the cake.
If I had to be super picky, I would have loved some extra towels for when I washed my hair, I am confident though if I messaged about this Jacqui would have run over with some.
Amenities were incredible, location was the perfect distance from civic and all of the cafes so you had plenty of time to digest dinner on the walk home. Was super easy to get delivery as well due to the great labelling on the building.
We will be back. Thanks for such a great stay!

Me and my partner had a wonderful time here. It was a beautiful little apartment for our get away. It was easy to find and located close to everything. The apartment itself is small however it has everything you need, it was nice and clean when we arrived and felt like we were at home. I’d recommend anyone looking for a trip to Canberra to stay here.
